I thought I had seen it all, until I stumbled upon this site: an adult & warez site with a premium adsense account! Just watch this: Unbelievable!
I don't see where there is any indication that the site is a premium publisher. You have the ad URL circled, but it looks basically the same as the ad URLs on my blog (http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/aclk?sa=l....... etc.), and I am definitely not a premium publisher.
Where do you see the "ads by google" link in the screenshot? I am not a premium publisher and non-premium publishers ads are forced to have a "ads by google" link. It also appears on the ads at the top of this page; anyway, this link doesn't appears in the warez site. Therefore, they are premium publishers. Still not convinced? There's no "ads by google" link
They are not premium...they just edited the code which is against the ToS. Even if you are premium, I'm pretty sure you are still supposed to have "Ads by Google" in the ad unit.
Well, no. Just see the ads in about.com. They are premium publishers and they don't have the "ads by google" link. P.S. Here's an example:
All the done was edit the code it's not like Google will change the rules for 1 site. There was another site posted on here last week with the same thing.
you are seriously wasting valuable time worrying about other sites, spend the time working in your own projects
