Can't Login?

When trying to login I'm getting this error message:
Login failed. You do not have a Yahoo! Publisher Network account.

Anyone else?

Elimination of a lot of publishers that were not up to par with the YPN standards was what they said in the email, something like that, not exact wording...

 

Could you show us the exact wording?

BTW, mine said that 2 or three times, I just kept trying to login until it worked.
