    In all honesty I would not pay more than $25.00 dollars for it.

    I would say 150 is a good rate at which you are buying the site. If the content is all original then you have got hold of a jackpot over here. There seems to be a lot of posts on the site. You would just need to do some pagination and use a good theme.

    Yep, I agree with vileye.

    I just spent about 5 minutes browsing through a few of the pages and must say there is PLENTY of what seems to be original content begging to get marketed with some SEO.

    In all honesty if you think each page can be worth at least $5, the price being asked is just around what seems fair...That's just me though, I feel I could make a lot more than $150 with a site in the refrigeration niche (which is exploding; just look at any vocational school or engineering classes).

    i checked all contents are unique, he is asking $1 per page content. traffic is 70-120 daily. earning by adsense 0.5-1.5 daily.
    plz recheck it and suggest.
