Let's say I will build a website and sell an eBook about how to make money with something, price would be $20 or $30 I will buy traffic from adwords, miva, yahoo or others, which will convert the best? What conversion rate will I have? For what keywords?

There is no way to tell you what conversion rate you'll have. It's like saying how many people are on the train right now? It's between 1-1000. Your conversion rate can be between 0 - 100%.

The best thing to do is start building and testing.

    1) build site
    2) drive traffic from adwords, yahoo, etc..
    3) track which ones are converting
    4) determine CR
    5) Report back and tell us what CR you had.

    Good luck!

You can't determine a conversion rate without knowing

    1) How good your salesletter is

    2) The quality of your traffic

    3) The niche of your product

    4) Many other variables.

Pricing is something you have to test for yourself as well, lets say you price your book at $20 and convert at 2.4% but if you price at $30 you only convert at 2.0%

Even though you are earning less sales with the $30 price point, you may be earning more money TOTAL because it's priced higher. I didn't do that math but I just threw those numbers out there for the sake of an example.

Maybe it's a little difficult for you to do this because lots of ebook can be accessed free on the line.So try to
make your contents unique、popular and not duplicate.Wish you good luck.

I think you have to make a product research first, and answer this question: " why do people must buy the product grom me? do the price worth that price?"

It doesn't matter that many other ebooks are free. Many forums are free and there are still paid forums. Many newsletters are free but there are still fee-based newsletters, many ecourses are free and there are still paid ecourses, many content-websites are free to visit and there are still many membership sites where you have to pay to access the content. Etc.

There are too many unknowns. The best way to approach it is to ind a market that is already successfully selling an ebook in the niche you want, sign up for their affiliate program, then launch a PPC campaign to see how well it converts. If if converts well, then create your own ebook.

How would you know the site is successful?

And what if one is not good at advertising to see how well it converts?

That sounds like a good idea on the surface, but....

20% conversion rates are attainable if you presell yourself big style by giving away freebies and extra hints...also offer support

    There's your answer.

Some products, however, will be higher, maybe 10%, if that. But that is pushing it. Like, for example, cheap ringtones.

You also have to consider the price of a product. The higher it is, the lower your conversion rate goes down.

You have to strt doing some work on your own. The questions you are asking are so broad and general that nobody can really give you the answer. and this last question I doubt people would want to give away their keywords that have traffic and don't cost anything.

    Pick a product or niche.
    Do some keyword research
    Build a site.
    Drive some traffic.
Find out if it converts and which %
    split test / Optimize site.
    Profit.

let me warn you for a second. Anyone that is doing this won't know what they are doing. Just saying because $50 to the people who know what a low price GOOD keyword is not a lot of money. IMO you're wasting $50.

Also, what niche? What product / offer? etc...

I tried it myself and found out Google AdWords to be quite expensive for this kind of niche.

ebooks, internet marketing, make money online, free e-books and keywords like this go for up to 1$ per klick!

You realy need a very good product to make money out of it.

Because usually out of 100 visitors to the pitch site you will get maybe 1-3 customers only.

But anyway, best is to try it to gain some experience and to switch keywords too.

    Good luck.
