    is that coming from 1euro-host? coz you do have the same IP! and actually that IP has alot of DNS issues.

    Well weve been in the market since 2007 and we intend to stay and in the time since jun 2009 on DP we had no problems whatsoever and we have a lot of happy customers.

    No point in even advertising your "offshore" hosting if you don't allow warez linking or questionable content. That is the definition of offshore (to most people). If people wanted to stay legit they would just get reliable hosting in the USA.
