I would have been interested in brisbanefood but it showing fake pagerank alert in checkpagerank and there are only 2 backlinks shown. I have tried it many times but it is giving fake pagerank alert each and every time.

It's not fake PR. Only has not info now. Because it has in park since long time.

Maybe. But the backlinks are also not there. Only 2 backlinks is a big risk too. It is too risky for $35 with checkpagerank not confirming the validity of PR. If you lower your price later on in the range of other PR 2 sites or something just above that then I might be interested. But I would give it a go for $35 price unless the validity of PR is authenticated.

Anyways PM me if you lower the price later on in the range of the other PR 2 sites.
