Also how do I improve these 3 things:

The Description relevancy to page content is 71%.

Keywords relevancy to page content is terrible.
The Keywords relevancy to page content is 27%.

Title relevancy to page content is terrible.
The Title relevancy to page content is 65%.

for title relevancnya it's better use a name of your website. if your wesbite name "Hotel5" then use title "hotel5" to. usually 100% relevant

for keyword don't use to much keyword . at least 4 keyword

description, just give a simple description same as your keyword

 

Relevancy means how many of these words appears in the content

 

Sorry, but that's density, not relevancy. Relevancy is the relation of keywords to the overall topic.
