What does it matter? We provide a service, the site isn't a service in itself and is pefectly functional, apart from the unfinished site search.
i think you can add some blog section there... just to communicate your service better to your customer..... you can make a periodic update information there... by that, you can improve SERP and people love blog.... so....
As a web designer I have to completely disagree with you. Style and how a website function depend on it's purpose. There are no set rules on what is new and old. Sometimes simple works, and I think in this case it does. I would change the navigation bar sections to just one color If I were you though. The rainbow multicolor look doesn't seem "right".
keeping the professional look to a business site is key keep that in mind but i do like the simplicity of the site :-D
