People with huge membership sites, newsletters and google/yahoo groups, facebook and myspace groups don't really have much of a problem to get sales or leads for their programs. Newbies should do that too, if they want a stable source income. But what would they do to pay their internet bills till they get such membershio sites and groups to promote their links at? The best place to do it is at craigslist, and other classified sites. In my opinion, craigslist is the best of them all. What to promote? 1. The jobs section of Craigslist is quite popular. Just run a search and you will find loads of job offers around in many networks. Employers will need to know how stable the applicant is, so they will need a credit report as well. You can find loads of free credit report offers as well. 2. Mortgages, Foreclosures and Refinances can be promoted at the housing section, along with remodeling, gardening, lawn lighting and a multitude of other things. 3. Dating sites can be promoted at the personals section. But this section is pretty dangerous though, as the postings there are not always personals. 4. Promote auto parts, auto insurance, accessories at the For Sale section. 5. Promote Electronics, free ipods, xboxes at the relevant areas in the for sale section. How to Promote? Quick money is not always white hat, but you must stick to the rules of your affiliate network. One strict rule that you must follow is never to send irrelevant leads to your cpa or sell something that the buyer doesn't want. 1. Post as a Placement Aid company in the jobs section. When they mail you, ask them to signup at the job offers that you have. Also advise them that they might need a credit report handy, and give them your link which they may use. 2. Post as a housing consultant/agent, and if its a buyer who contacts you, tell him about mortgates and give him your link, and your credit report link, and if its a seller, you could ask him to check out the foreclosure link. Home insurance, lawn lighting, remodeling and several other similar offers can be given to these guys, and they should be interested if the signup is free. 3. You will find loads of men looking for women, so post in the women for men section as a match making agency, and redirect the leads that you get to a dating program. 4. In the cars section post as a used car dealer, and you will get enquires from both buyers and sellers, and you know what to promote to them. 5. Email submit offers such as free ipods, free xbox and stuff can be promoted in the free section and the electronics section. Make them signup, and you will all get paid. It is as simple as that. If you wish to have more information about how to post an ad on craigslist, how to make it look good and make it attract people to mail you, check out my video tutorial and essengial tools downloads here. I totally disagree, especially email submit offers. You end up jeopardizing those campaigns when you do this. We've received C&D letters several times from Craigs List because of (banned) publishers posting our offers there, or setting up email autoresponders with our offers going out. Promoting on CL is an excuse for marketing, not real marketing, and it's a cat and mouse shortcut. Even if you figure out something profitable, it's temporary, and ultimately wasted time. CL isn't stupid. And if they can't find you personally, they go after the advertiser that you are promoting. So stop it already.
I have posted this only as a quick money option for the people who are working on real money making ways.
I hear ya, and this isn't a personal attack. But the speed at which CL sends out C&D letters now just increases that chance that the affiliate will get commissions withheld and possibly banned. That's just my opinion based on experience, but to each his own. I personally and professionally do not condone nor recommend CL for promoting.
