I have the same number in my spreadsheet. 2/3 of it is paid or reciprocal or niche. Now if you are talking about 3000 all free, that's a different story.

Unless "manually" means clicking a button on your submission program.

This guy doesn't appear to be very serious about doing business. Several people have expressed interest in this thread and he has not bothered to respond with any real information.

 

He says he only respond PM's and also he is not a rat

But why doesn't he shows his rates and lists here like othres
