Could someone please help me out with this question? I know a wholesaler I can get this product cheap for... and I have been selling them on ebay. but there is no competition on google and stuff but on ebay there is. I just want to know the rules, because I know there is no problem with selling them on ebay but I don't know if I can just open up my own store and sell them.

You're bumping after only 30 minutes? Give folks a chance to responding. Bumping against the rules anyway.

Really depends on the specific item you;re trying to sell. Some locations, cities and countries have restrictions on what can be sold and the like and laws very between them. For example, here in the states for beer and wine selling, certain permits are required. In Maine, milk also falls under that category and price limits are in place while here in North Carolina, there's no such restrictions.

As a general rule though, the answer is no. You can resell an item you have purchased.

Having said that, selling a licensed item that you don't actually own but purchased a license to have it, there's also restrictions. Stuff like books, CDs, DVDs and like fall under that.

Wait im confused. You say the answer is no and then you say you can resell any item.

    Does this mean I can?

The answer is "It depends on what the specific item is and the specific laws of your community"

Just because you bought that truckload of pot doesn't mean I can legally resell it.

    Yes you can resell it.
But make sure you include the receipt you get from the original seller.

I am not sure, but being a reseller is a good choice perhaps.
