Who would sell that kind of amount for just 1$? Really, I don't believe it.
The time that gets wasted on the actual deal is worth more.

I would be very skeptical too. People need to use common sense.

It is like people around here who sell packs of celeb images claiming rights to them for just a couple bucks. They are full of shit.

well maybe what you should do is add the source of the recipe on your site. because in my experience people who own the original recipe will eventually know if someone is copying their content :)

you also need to change it a little bit in order to make it less similar to the original recipe (who knows maybe after you did this the recipe owner will give thanks to you)

I think recipes are fair game. Most of the content on the internet is, unless the author has requested that it not be used elsewhere... even then I do not think you would be breaking laws, but just being a jerk and behaving unethically.

Either way, they can contact your hosting provider and claim a copyright infringement, and the host has to suspend your account until you address is. Especially if you are using shared hosting like hostmonster or hostgator. They have to do this cause to protect themselves from potential legal action against the complainer.

Well its stealing. Even if you had written all that at your own would not have been stealing but the way you are doing copy/paste is stealing
