Problem adding meta tags

    I'm having problems adding yahoo meta tags. I recently added a google meta tag but removed it because I'm a noob. Now I'm worried I may have screwed up my blog template. Will it possiblily affect the SEO? Also any clues on why I can't add yahoo meta tag? I reverted back to defult settings but I'm afraid my blog may somehow be affected seo wise

    You just need to add the yahoo meta tag below google meta tag. And that would be ok.

    u need to include your keywords in meta tag for google and yahoo.

    Adding Blog title, Meta Description and Meta keywords are good so far for better promotion over Google and Yahoo both. No matters whats the google meta or yahoo meta, though Meta keywords are much useful while taking consideration of Yahoo rankings rather Google giving much impact on title and meta description. So dont bother about to add metas specifically for Google and Yahoo, just be genuine in the figures.:)

    If you're using WordPress, just install the All-In-On-SEO-Pack - It will take care of all your meta tags for you

    Actually what is the need for google meta tags and yahoo meta tags? They are not important and will never affect your blog's SEO. Keep concentrate Title tag and description tags
