Industry: staff outsourcing to global businesses

Specifications:

• Logo must convey "staff outsourcing" in a professional and succinct way.
• Logo must be brand-able -- think Nike, Apple, CocaCola, McDonald's, Google, Microsoft, Marlboro, Walmart, Nokia, Honda, Gillette, Intel, Amazon, AT&T, Visa.
• Winner must submit all source files: vector, psd, etc. (if your design is font-based, the font must be in vector, resizable format).
• Feedback will be given to all entries during the contest.
• Try to create an eye-catching yet simple logo that captures the essence of a global, staff outsourcing company.

Here's a concept idea
I went for a simple abstract of the popular term "2 heads are better than one" so it's an abstract of 2 people. Keeping it simple & brandable

My concept revolves around the 'corporate' look of a businessman, the tie. The colours were also chosen to reflect the globe (world).

Thank you for your quick response and submission. The "tie" concept doesn't work for us. First of all, it's too vertical -- it takes too much valuable web space. Secondly, it sends the wrong message. Instead of being a solution, a tie signifies "a cog in the wheel". It's what we don't want to be.

I re-designed two new versions, with a more corporate look.

The logo's symbolizes bonding (outsourcing).

I like your redesign. Now, you're on to something. Here are my observations:

1. I would like to see more of a separation between each word.
2. Similar to my comment to Scorpionagency and Reedemer, I need the logo to have more Feng Shui (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feng_shui) feel to it.
