Yes this season Dimitar Berbatov is providing his best football for us and he is improving day by day and his passing skill were sharp in last few matches and 3 Goals in 8 matches is enough to say that he can reach 20-25 goals this season!

No offence , i like him but he also misses a lot of chances..In the manchester derby he wasted 2 simple chances..He will have to improve upon his conversion rate though hes a good player..

Well that's point his Goal scoring ability has to be improved but he is good passer in last few matches provide vital cross in middle which I love most and goal against Sunderland was beauty.:)

The thing is, I think we bought him primarily to score goals. Ruud was bought to score goals and he did, nevermind the fact that he is seldom involved in the buildup. Torres, Drogba and Anelka were bought to score goals and they do. We still lack a potent goalscorer which strikes fear into opposing teams.

You are spot on! But I think we only club who doesn't have deadly Goal Scorer like Torres, Drogba and Anelka but we still get goals from anywhere.:D

UNITED goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar came through an uneventful 90 minutes in the club's reserve-team win over Everton tonight.

    http://www.manchestereveningnews.co...ted/s/1159125_van_der_sar_makes_united_return

The 38-year-old Dutchman, who has been out of action since breaking his hand during United's pre-season match with Bayern Munich, was on the pitch for the entirety of the 1-0 win.

Van der Sar showed no discomfort during the game, comfortably keeping a clean sheet while Italian striker Federico Macheda scored the decisive goal at the other end.

This is great news that VDS is back :)

That was great results for Manchester United and good to saw two old player give 2-1 win over Aston Villa. They played well in second half but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer once agian give united win.

Next week in EPL both team will meet once agian. This time Manu surly beat them by major distance.

Too true and also the rest of the defence will get back their confidence knowing that Edwin is back as the stopper

Because with Foster there is no confidence as they are expecting big mistakes between the sticks

    Edwin will settle everyone down:cool:

Obertan to make United debut at last

MANCHESTER United new-boy Gabriel Obertan will make his long-awaited appearance in Red colours at Hyde tonight.
    http://www.manchestereveningnews.co...united/s/1167871_obertan_set_for_united_debut
Obertan was snapped up from Bordeaux in the summer by Sir Alex Ferguson, who had been attracted by the player’s potential and received positive reports from the player’s club boss, former United defender Laurent Blanc.

The Frenchman’s career has stalled in recent times due to injury and almost as soon as Obertan had completed his £3million move to the Old Trafford outfit, Ferguson revealed he would be sidelined for a matter of months after developing spinal problems.

However, the player is now ready for action and will make his bow in a Manchester Senior Cup tie against Oldham this evening.
