    well its a fairly new site, i had one basically the same before and i got a good ctr through putting adds like that

    the ads look fine and blend in well. it looks like the 'ads by google' is cut off a bit, so you see 'ads by G' I think google w/ see that as modifying the ads or the size. that might cause you trouble, looks fine otherwise.
