Yea, I would try coupon sites. Maybe flowercoupons.us (Coupon site just for flower stores). Even look for larger coupon networks like retailmenot. Also, try advertising in flower forums.
If this is your shop, then I would setup an affiliate program and join networks to get maximum exposure. It will cut into your bottom dollar, but you will see generated rev and you can work on loyalty for returning customers in the future

maybe find some home & garden themed communities to participate in, find some people that work at companies that buy flowers regularly for their offices, google adwords- your site looks good- good luck

Go to "Big boards" and find forums that deals with plants/flowers, etc. Make Youtube videos displaying your flowers. Create a facebook group for your business. Do research on flowers to see the trends, what people are looking for on Google.
Get yourself listed on Google Local Business ASAP...it should be your first priority. Yahoo & Bing have an identical service.
