Unfortunately, the paper requires a login. I think it was in the LA Times. Anyway, there is another guy that earns 10 million a year from 400,000 domains.

Yep, thats the one. There are two good examples of how one site could be a huge earner and then there is the alternative route of "more the better". I just don't how that guy manages 400,000 domain.

 

He's got a "mass edit" function in his CP, that's how. Probably over 399900 of them are parking pages, if not all.

Frankly I'm not surprised, I see new myspace resource sites making about $10 per day, with some effort (creating layouts instead of using those turnkey scripts) you can easily get tons of traffic ( =revenue ).

Yeah, that freeweblayouts website is really spammy looking. It keeps bombarding you with adverts. That must be why they get $100,000 and I get $17.

When will myspace users get sick of flashing gifs? Maybe I should make some for my site...

 

The popups are annoying, and the site looks like MFA. I can't believe a site like that gets so many visitors.

 

Well their visitors seem to like a lot of popups and ads. When I got that ads page before the site itself I just closed it. I find it annoying. Maybe many click just to get rid of that stupid smilies ad page

 

I think i know how this guy managed to have 400,000 websites.. And i think i will do the same...

Those who are serious about knowing what technique he is using, please email me, but dun email me unless you got $2000 to spare.. Becos that technique will cost you some capital.

 

Now I find that this site has more than 200k uniqes per day. With that traffic, I believe.

 

Well, I see the Web Layout site is ranked around 6,000. I can imagine they get a lot of traffic. Those earning are probably right.
