how can i check my backlinks?

    another possibility is, if you´re using mozilla, to install seo add-on (I don´t remember the name of it right now, but you can google it in a minute) and you´ll have it instantly and directly in your browser

    Go to yahoo.com and type in the search field - link:http://www.yourdomain.com

    You can do this for google.com too ... but google intentionally does not show all backlinks. If you have a good webmasters account then you can see them that way.

    Google's webmaster tools is not always accurate and up to date. You will get better results by using links:www . your-site . com in google.

    i think the best way to check backlinks is using Google's link: command. just go to Google.com and type "link:domain.com". replace domain.com with your url of course. although it wont show you all the links to your site its a good way to tell if a site has 'good backlinks'. IMHO, google only shows all the links that he thinks valuable to your site. :)

    Search with "yourdomain url" in mozilla brouser you will see your back links in googledotcom. Same can be repeated with yahoo.
