Hi Webmasters, I have big issue related to SERP. From last few days i have seen that SERP of my sites are changing very frequently. In every 3-4hrs my serp is updatting. Is it change in SERP or google dance. If you have any similar kind of issues then share your views.
yes google did some updates last week, after that lot of changers in SERP. some of my sites going up and down.cretaing more new content and back links , im sure thats help.
Yes, google's serps will be dynamic for every minute because that is what they want it to be. When people add new content to their blogs, the serps based on relevance have to change as relevance of content changes after new content has been indexed by the big daddy Google which is a directory just like yellow pages.
Being reprted everywhere. Do a search hit refresh and things change. Modern dasy dnace going on.. Google is doing alot of tweaking. Last night they updated the caffeine DC as well.
Google PR update is very near. This is just a sign. By building back links your SERP will increase again. Regards
It is the nature of the internet, content, backlinks, websites etc are constantly changing, therefore serps is constantly changing.
Google is rapidly amending its ranking algorithms just day by day and no wonder a lot of fluctuations can be seen over the net.
I think the SERP changing is normal and might be a daily job for Google. So, fresh contents and enough backlinks are all in need for keeping a good SERP result.
Back this with facts. What purpose does it serve to update every minute. How many people (not webmasters) can benefit from such frequent updates? I know relevancy is the game, but this is not it. Google implemented the search options to search content published between 1 hour to 1 week for real time search purpose. It doesn't affect the ANYTIME index. That said, what's happening now maybe related to caffeine update. Wait and watch.
But i have noticed that for most of my sites SERP is changing in 4-5 hr. Google is affecting seo work.
I've got an interesting observation - I'm getting different results from different browsers - on the same machine! So it looks like it's not quite a matter of IP or ISP selection.
Me too facing the same problem. I got back to position 35 from position 6 and that has reduced my visitor. Dont know whats happenning.
