    I'll never pay for bing result optimization. that search engine has very poor results. even wolfram alpha is better when it comes to calculation and stock results.

    I think Bing is crap, however Yahoo is half decent. I guess if they were to merge, they might stand to topple over Google. Otherwise, no way. ;)

    Only if there is a shift in Mindshare. I'd love to see some healthy competition for Google. But it isn't going to happen until people have a real reason to shift back. What is the reason why not to use Google?

    But, this does not look to be possible in near future...
