Thank you I renew 3 domains and I was able to get one .info for free 3×0.9=2.7$

 

well i entered the code and its for $7.98 no discounts

 

$7.98 IS the discount - the normal price is $8.88

 

can i use unverified paypal to pay for the domain at namecheap ?

Yup you can...but unverified paypal account has limited sending and receiving payment.
