I use Market Samurai and I think it is quite a good tool. It basically does what we can do manually but only that it saves us time.

Listen people, I understand what you're talking about with the manual SEO. I UNDERSTAND THAT. I should have asked my question a little better saying that the only purpose the software will be serving is RESEARCH. Do you all not use any software for research? I mean, even the google analyzer would be considered "software" right? So back on track, what do YOU think is the best tool on the market for effective market research?

Hey, I've used Market Samurai for 15 days and thought it was pretty good piece of software. I wish I could have gotten the 40 day trial though.

Best SEO is hand-crafted. Pick a niche and just throw at it as many ideas as you can think of.

seo software is created for people that practice seo in mind.
If you only have 1 website then maybe its best to do things manually however when you have many websites the softwares can really ease of the work load.

I totally agree. From a project management perspective, a solid SEO tool is quite helpful. I have no issue doing things manually, but I don't wish to worry about tracking what I have done for each website.
