My boss gave me a new shopping site,and ask me to promote it just with blogging and posting,but I don't like blogging and posting all day long.I want to try promoting it with seo,however I am lacking of seo promoting system ,what should I do to have a good start? and what to do next...

Year,I know blogging is a hard work,and must keep on! But sometime it makes me boring,the traffic of the blog is increasing but the main site is the same.maybe the work has not done enough.

You are right. Just blogging and promoting wont work. Infact no monopoly games would work. I suggest you do some article and directory submission in between. Also participate in niche forums.

You can go with social book marking, directory submission, social media networking, forums & blog comments..are helpful in increasing the traffic for the website. Do provide appropriate link to get qaulity back link. Dont spam on blog while doing comment posting on it. Good luck.
The best way is to buy some cheap domains and a hosting account, and develop your SEO skills on your own websites. Try different tactics on each sites and see what works, then combine working tactics to come up with better methods that have the most success. Always try new things, experimentation is how you learn.
What do you mean by blogging and posting? Setting up a blog on your own site or publishing guest posts on other blogs? You should probably try the latter.
