    I sold a site making $1500/mo for $12,000 once, there is no way someone will pay $10,000 for this site. At $50 a month income, the most you should ask for would be 6-24 months of income, so between $300 - $1200 would be a good asking price.
    Good luck on your auction, the site is very interesting, and yes you have worked VERY hard on it, and you can see by the quality of the site.

    Hey @lifetalk - Was susp. because it's listed here. Cannot be a duplicate offer anywhere apparently. Wasn't aware of that part of the policy. ...Yes, 10K reserve is priced right. :)
