how can i reduce my load time?

    because your sidebar is fully loaded with lots of loady things....remove those which are of no use..for ex. i feel facebook pluign is of no use

    Try the YSlow add-on with FireFox, which gives you some details about loading times, and on how to improve loading time performance!

    You have to optimize you images. You need to reduce their sizes and use the images in parts instead of full image.

    One great way is to compress your css and javascript files. This really reduces size and there are plugins for wordpress and joomla.
