Can you count property? The house I live in is worth £850,000 (about $1,600,000) I still have £90,000 left on the mortgage but I guess that still qualifies me
Id say property counts towards that... after all if you sold the house you would have 1.6 mil in cash.. i have 10 years to go and i'm quite certain i'll have a million.. if not in cash then in assets through business investments and real estate. I think my experience in china will help give me an business advantage in the next 10 years, on the web and off.
I guess, pretty much everyone in London is a millionaire if they own their own house that has more than two bedrooms It's not such an exclusive club anymore.
The Centre for Economic and Business Research has calculated that Britain has 360,000 millionaires in 2006, up from a total of 230,000 in 2003. The increase represents a rise by more than half in three years, or just over 15 per cent a year. Some 80,000 millionaires work in the City of London, according to the CEBR. And with a total City workforce of 336,000, it means those holding down a job in the Square Mile have a one in four chance of having assets worth a seven-figure sum. The research also revealed that some 3,000 City workers received bonuses of a million plus in the past year.

I don't want to be a millionaire There's just certain things I want in life. And I don't need tons of money to do that. Ofcourse money can buy lot of things and I won't complain if I have lots. I would rather miss out on money than to miss out on life.
YOU ARE NOT A MILLIONAIRE UNTIL YOUR ASSETS OUTWEIGH YOUR LIABILITIES BY $1M - MEANING, IF YOU LIQUIDATE YOUR ASSETS, PAY OFF ALL YOUR DEBT, AND ARE LEFT WITH $1M (OR MORE). THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A MILLIONAIRE.
Was I yelling at you, or are you referring to someone else? Just incase, I wasn't yelling - I was speaking emphatically. If you were talking to someone else, could you please refrain from yelling at MattUK?
