realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in advance
    for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've taken,

I think your site has too much ads placed on it. 5 ads on 1 page is too much. ok

nope that's not the reason, his account is disabled for fraud clicks, may be he asked his friends to click on his ads and that has caused all the troubles.

I'm not so sure about the too much ads part. Google does allow 3 Adsense units, 3 link units, and 2 search units per page which is pretty generous and should be more than enough for most pages.

After looking at your site I realize that you may have been penalized for your site structure and content. Or lack thereof. Perhaps it's time to re-think how you want to do things. Maybe if you tried a Twitter-like structure (retrieve by username), you may not be penalized.

placement of ads should not be the problem as I have seen a case where google gives warning and they dont ban. I think its a issue with fraud clicks. Friend if you think this is not a fraud click issue then write to google .... your account can get reinsiated . By the way when did you get ban ??

No that cant be the problem. Its definitely due to breaking of TOS of Google adsense.

    Sorry to hear that.

That can mean you don't have an updated privacy policy, and/or you have low quality traffic that does not convert for your advertisers. Where does your traffic come from?

My guess is click fraud - it's not hard for google to identify an insanely high number of clicks from a similar geographic area, especially since they can compare that to industry averages for sites like yours.
