Buying psd to flash conversion

hi, i need this psd to converted to flash. 10 slides appear as the user hovers over the numbers, ie frame 1 as mouse hovers over button 1.

also the text flies in and dynamically rests in the final position shown.

the psd contains the 10 frames built to an animation.

whats your price? my client wants to pay $15. shoot me your offers via pm or here.

 

$15 is very low for a custom flash banner rotator, especially considering you are from London.

With this budget, I suggest you look into stock flash files. I have 2 cheap rotators for sale here:

If you really want it custom, then contact me, but that would be more like $100 for this.

^^ the design is already made. all you would be doing is making the rollover and adding the flying text. (only the white text not the top orange title text, that stays on all frames)

could you please give more detail about the flying text. what do you want with the text.

 

^^ just has to float in from outside the frame. ie it moves into position.

or you could suggest other ideas on making the transitions dynamic. ie the client does not want it to just fade slide to slide. wants some movement.
