How can I get my website accepted into the clickbank network?

Hey,

I have tried in the past to get into the clickbank network however I was rejected.

My website gets between 6 - 7 thousand uniques per day, does anyone have any tips of how to get accepted?

The site is the second one in my signature.

Any help would be appreciated

 

It's a warez site. I don;t think Clickbank takes those.

 

It is definitely NOT a warez site... It is completely legal. Just because its a method of getting free MP3s does absolutely not mean it is a warez site or indeed say that is it illegal.

 

Clickbank removed a bunch of download sites from their marketplace a few months ago. Even if you don't host the files directly, they don't want it. Trying to distance themselves and avoid any potential lawsuits I think.

Doesn't matter if it's legal or not. Clickbank doesn't want particular types of products in their marketplace. Not much you can do about it. Try a different payment processor.

 

It is illegal and I'll tell you why..

Don't get me wrong but I bet you don't have any contracts with all the artist of those mp3's not resale rights or master right to give them as freebies. The movie downloads has been kicked out of clickbank a few months for several legal issue and now they have their own affiliate network.

Why don't you try to launch you affiliate network anyway?

The website looks nice though..

 

Again, this is NOT illegal. The website does not condone, support or promote copyright infringement and as such each user must accept the ToS that detail this before they use the service.
I'm actually in discussions with Richard from Azoogle about my website, he has seen it and has not highlighted any issues.

Yeah website is involved in copyright violation that might be the reason.

 

Ergh some sad person on here reported the link as warez when it is ABSOLUTELY not. FFS

Can someone suggest a different payment processor as an alternative to Clickbank (besides Commission Junction)? I have been beating my head against the wall trying to get accepted by Clickbank and I have a nice product, which is also completely legal.

 

RevenueWire is a clickbank clone that does digital products!
