i think you will be replied soon, because one year is a long term they should have replied you long back. Anyway some adsense pro will reply you in some time.

Are you sure , you don't using any anti google filter ? More have you verified you address, I got struck first time for month as I was not aware that we need to verify address by receiving a pin from adsense.

Its better to contact them or there can be cases that your earnings are not released because the adwords person might have not released the amount.
