    It's called personal research. If you have his email address. His name or anything else I'd rather find the rest of his info and call him to indeed ask him to return the account. That's legal. Hacking isn't. Also, it makes him scared shitless and if you have any proof you could just call the police. Easy enough.

    So yes, I'd rather call him.

    sorry mate but i think if you call someone to ask him to give your account back he will tell you to piss off... ;)

    if the person has the balls to hack your account he will be proud and not give it back to you...
