Hi, everyone. I am setting myself a new challenge and its going to be doable by everyone who reads this. I will be starting from scratch, no list NOTHING!!! just my knowledge. Also I will be starting with no money and working my way up to $2500 within 3 days. ----------------------------------------------- Ok so whats the first move? And how am I going to go about this. My thought on this so far is that the quickest way for me to meet my target is to sell information (ebooks) Here is what I will do: Create one large ebook and sell for $37 (I hope from this one ebook to sell at least 30 copies minimum over the 3 days which should bring in $1110 in sales) Create 10 small reports around 8-10 pages and sell between $7-$10 each and sell 13 of each report so selling 130 copies bring in $1300. So the overall minimum total that I expect should be $2410. Anyway guys that is the plan so far and I am going to stick with it, if I make any changes then I will keep you updated and also updated with what I am doing along with the current total of the challenge. Good,but maybe it's so hard for you to make it.After all,you are unknown to the most people.I think you need more promotion of it.
Good luck sir. I will be following this post closely. $2500 IN 3 days can be done, however starting from scratch will very difficult. I think your going to need more than 3 days to write a quality/professional ebook in 3 days, including the smaller scaled reports, unless you already have these prepared, in which case, you can make it happen. Very cool goal.

I started this morning writing the larger ebook that I will be selling for $37. The 10 smaller reports, I have so far only 2 of these created however I can write them pretty fast as I have a step by step system that I follow each time a write an ebook. To answer another question that I saw on the thread someone asked where will I sell the ebooks? Answer: I will sell on Digital Point, create individual webpages/salespages for each report, and also create a brand new blog and list them on it also. Another of my ideas will be when I am creating each of the smaller reports I will advertise the more expensive ebook at $37 at the end of each of the reports as an upsell which should push more sales of the $37 product. If I can get people into my funnel from buying a $7-$10 report and they like the quality chances are that a small amount of buyers will also think about buying the $37 ebook. Anyway guys I am still currently writing the smaller reports and will keep you all posted.
So you don't already have the Ebook written? Because to me that would be the really hard part about reaching your goal. Either way it CAN be done. Where are you planning on promoting it? Keep me posted, I'd love to see you make it!
I will be promoting it at the moment via social bookmarking etc, but like I say when I am working through it I will post what I have done to get to that stage.
Just a quick update on the challenge incase you were all wondering what had happened to it. Well I got a bit distracted from when I was supposed to start so just to let you all know I have gotten started today so I will count the challenge from today Monday 5th October 2009 until Wednesday 7th October 2009 so that the challenge is 3 full days long and then I can post my final earnings on Wednesday night. Ok so what I have done so far. As you might have read the idea was to create 1 large ebook and 10 small reports. To get the large ebook created in the shortest time possible what I have done is purchase private label rights to a great product and then I have tidied it up alot and also added some more tips and tricks to it to make it my own. So this ebook is just about finished. Now regarding the reports that I have to create I have brainstormed 30+ ideas that I could write the reports on these include: Seo, Ebay, Squidoo, Hubpages, Youtube, RSS, Amazon, Clickbank, CPA offers, that is just a few of them but like I say I have brainstormed 30+ So the next step is to create the 10 short reports and finish of the larger ebook once done its time for action. I have 3 reports that I have made in the past so I will be reselling them at a reduced price of the $7 these include my best selling CPA Banshee, Quick Cash Secrets and RSS Traffic.
I've seen a lot of these kinds of posts before and I can tell you that most if not all of the OPs fell behind at some point or got distracted by something else. This caused them to be late, get discouraged and not make as much as they originally had hoped for in the time they set themselves. The easiest and best way to avoid all of that and to be successful in your challenge is to force yourself to come here and post first thing in the morning about what you plan on doing that day. Break each thing down to its component parts, post a brief summary here and then come back and post during the day as soon as you get a part of it done. It's been proven that by making a public commitment you're more likely to stick with it. Breaking things down into small easily achievable chunks and ticking each one off as you go also builds commitment and momentum as each part you complete takes you further into the task and moves you one step closer to fulfilling your goal. Slow and steady wins the race, break your main goal up into smaller tasks, write a timetable here of when each part will be completed and correct it as you go. Good luck and keep us posted.
I'd love to do a challenge like this but I work 9 to 5 which only gives me between the hours of 6-10pm or so to do any work related to writing ebooks, internet marketing, etc. Although there is the weekend but I'm no way near good enough to put together ebooks and reports over 2 days. I'd need a couple of months. I tried to do some of this stuff at work and almost got caught. Trying to build a site when I should've been working.
