Does anyone know what CS was used to create the website Keepern Classified Ads www.keepern.com I created an account and I like the features inside specially the Captcha during registration, and the auto generation of member URL similar to www.blogspot.com. I wish to create a similar one.
Yeah. That's Joomla. I've done quite a bit of Joomla development and customization, and that's Joomla. Damned well done, too.
Because Joomla always always has crappy seo urls like the ones with numbers in it keepern.com/categories/1-cars-automotives

Yeah I was pretty sure it was not Joomla, which is why I questioned people. But they all seemed so sure.
of course not joomla. remember one thing... 90% of the times... joomla doesn't have .php at the end of url's "make my words"
