Selling High Traffic - Google First Page - 4yr Old - Pet Website

1. I have had this website sitting for about 2 years without touching it.

2. All the content is unique except for the content under the "Blog" link.

3. I have Adsense on the website but I have not had it on my "Allowed Sites" since 2007. I only have my 3 top Adsense websites active in my account. From what I remember it at one point it was making around 20.00 - 35.00 bucks a day. I'm not going to go through all my stats in Adsense so it's up to you if you base your bid on that.

4. What you see is what you get. All I am going to do is download the files from my server and send them to the new owner. I will not help with anything regarding this website.

5. I have had Statcounter on on this website since 2007. I created a login to see the stats for those who are interested ( ID: warriorsale PW: warrior )

Unique Visitors in 2008 - 122,304
Unique Visitors in 2009 (so far) - 114,621

PageRank is 2

Ranks on the first page of Google for "English Bulldog" and you can check the stats for other phrases.

6. I'm selling this website because I have no time for it and don't plan on doing anything with it. If you put Adsense up I imagine 150.00 bucks a week would be the average, CTR was very high. If you are an affiliate marketer you already know the potential.

7. I will be accepting offers and I won't even consider anything less than 1500.00 so please don't ask. I really don't care if I see this website or not. I don't have a BIN in mind but you can make an offer.

To answer some PM's publicly since I'm sure more people will ask.

1. What is "Allowed Sites" in Google Adsense: This is a setting that only let's Adsense impressions for websites you choose count towards your account.

2. Why don't I have this website in my allowed sites: I have several very profitable websites and they are the only one's I have on my allowed sites list. I won't go into all the details here but the gist is only having my very best Adsense earners allowed in my account actually let's me earn more money through Adsense.

3. What's BIN: This is number 7 on the list above but I don't have a BIN in mind. If I get a good offer I will sell it. I'm not going to pit one person against the other to jack the price up. I put it up here because I'm not doing anything with it and there is a lot of potential for someone who knows what they are doing.

If you guys/girls want to turn this into an auction go for it, starting bid is 1500.00. I do keep the right to sell the website at any time if I receive a decent offer.
