    CheckSerps.com is a PR4 popular pagerank checker.

    To date, the site has generated over $250 of advertising revenue (text link for one year sold in June 2009) and approx. $7 from adsense. (£257 / 5 months = approx. $51.40 per month).

    We have undertaken a large amount of promotion for this site and hence, the PR4 rank the site has been given.

    The site is on second page of Google for the keyword search terms "Check Page Rank" & "pr checker"

    As a condition of sale, the text link must remain on the site for another 8 months.

    The text link can be removed in June 2010. I will also give you the advertiser's details as there is a good chance they may want to continue advertising on the site.

    With regard to start bid, I guess it must be $200 given that it is a PR4 site and has earned more than this already.

    Very little traffic comes from urlbacklink.com. Almost all traffic is direct or from search engines.

    Therefore, the BIN for this site is now reduced to $200. No further reductions will be made. This is a PR4 site which has earned more than the BIN price !

    If the site does not sell for $200, I will keep the site myself.
