1. Check for errors on your google webmaster account and fix them. 2. Check that your site hasn't been hacked: http://25yearsofprogramming.com/blog/2008/20080228.htm 3. Check via copyscape a few pages of your site to determine if someone is stealing your content. 4. After these steps send your site for reconsideration to google. - Have you made any significant changes recently?
If this is what leads you into your site's content: http://whois.gwebtools.com/domain that's where you need to work on things. The google spider bot will only index approximately 100 links on a single page. It's probably indexing the first 100 links off of that page and that's as far as it goes. You need links that bring the spiders (and your visitors) into your content. Also what's the point of that page? There's no explanation as to what I'm looking at. Also please provide some text links into your site. While you have the javascript drop down menu, which Google may or may not follow, it's best to also index via static text links as well. Especially considering that it interferes with the Google Adsense placement that's right underneath it. I have no idea what the dropdowns say as they're unreadable.
I just checked your site using http://www.seopenalty.com/ and it shows very high penalty. I'm not sure what black hat seo method you used to get this high penalty. Looks like you have some bad linking to some bad neighborhood sites http://www.bad-neighborhood.com/text-link-tool.htm (4 questionable links to adult sites)
seopenalty.com itself has vary high penalty (10) as shown by its own tool. First they should fix themselves.
Actually I'm showing a zero for it, zero for the whois site as well and a 2 for the gwebtools.com domain itself.
Did you add your site in Google's webmaster tools and submitted your sitemap there? If so then check if they reported any errors in your Webmaster panel.
