only adsense ads... the only thing i can think now is adding more and more unique content to get more impressions...and change for 350x250 ads.... i always do a ver good seo job: get good backlinks, content, site structure... visitis are growing but adsense rates are very low....
I made $61.25 with 80,931 impressions at September (so that means that i am very close to these 100.00o impresions and 100$)
Actually my sites with less than 500 uniques have a slightly higher CTR but I didn't really get into it here. I know many webmasters with CTR of 8 to 9% on average. Average meaning some days its higher. And these are sites with very high traffic. I personally ditch any website that has less than 3% CTR, even after tweaking the ads. Just not worth the time and effort because I try to keep content updated regularly. Why then bother with such low CTR and just have to wait for traffic to build?
Now my website never receive more then 1 click per day...I have only an average of 100/150 impression per day! Very Bad
In my opinion your earnings are very less! and 100,000 impressions for $100 is a very low conversion rate IMO!
Google adsense earnings depends on the no.of clicks. If you get more clicks on ads then you will earn more. Also, it also depends on how much advertisers have bid for that ad and country from which the click have originated. So, if you use Google Adsense targetting section and optimize your website for high paying niche keywords then you will earn more. This is the basics.
goodfela: As you see the number of page impressions doesn't mean much (for 100.000 impressions someone earns $100, while other earns 3 times less). Since your income is calculated as a sum of the CPC for each click, check what is wrong - the number of clicks or the average CPC. If you want post the number of clicks that you have for these 588.000 page views (or alternatively the CTR or average CPC) or make own research for the typical ranges for CTR and CPC rates for your niche. For example if your CTR is 0.02 and CPC is $0.05 for 100.000 impressions you earn $100, but if your CTR or CPC is a half of the given sample values your earning will be a half of $100 too. if your CTR is bellow 0.02 you probably can increase it by changing the number and place of the ad units. Experiment to see what works best for you.
U are right. Im not good calculating CTR and CPC I received some good advices via pm. I'm changing ads placement and will change the template in a few days to allow banners that my template doesnt support, like 160x... etc. Thanks you all...Im learning a lot..
you should have to placed your adds in good eye able way. like in header, putting banner ads, and it's should be depends on advertiser bids (Advertiser Key words.)
I cannot because of adsense guidelines... I received some good advices, for example change the ads, and I must say that today I double eCTR....I'm very exiciting....thank u all....
