    hubpages.com is a web site who use in trick of SEO
    and i think its no useful benefit for SEO Its Black Hat term SEO.

    hubpages is an authority site (also owned by google) which passess some good link juice. if properly crafted, lot of the hubs with long tail keywords rank really well on google as well. you get benefit from both pr juice and traffic (not to mention adsense revenue sharing which however has a lousy CTR)
