Where is "ads by google"? after carefully checking his HTML Source code I have reconfirmed it is adsense ads.

I dont know why google dont BAN these guys instead banning me and alot of honest publisher and take away their money

 

Give it some time. Google will SURELY catch up.

Google will selectively enforce their TOS on a case by case basis. I see violations all the time. I am CERTAIN Google knows about many of them... yet they choose to ignore them.

You won't make much money being the Internet Police. Life is not fair, never will be. Unfortunate but true.

 

He will be banned sooner or later.

 

If it is a new account. Google will ban that account once it reaches 100$!

yeah, i am still unable to understand that where is google going know, google efficiency is going down and down day by day, any why yes it is totally against of policy

 

why do we take everything negatively and destructively....

A huge adsense rules violation. he will be gotten banned from Google soon.

I reported a site that is placing adsense in adult site 6 months ago.. and that site is still displaying the adsense ads.
Google doesn't have time to check those reports.

 

The problem is he is providing no value to the advertiser. The clicks are poor quality. Thus this devalues the network... and a devalued network is bad for ALL legitimate publishers.

What if everyone just placed ups sneaky ads to get clicks and delivered nothing of value to the Advertiser? The Advertiser stops the flow of money. The network suffers.

That's the problem.
