yes! i 'm learning seo, i have done all about SEO Tut but i still dont have visitor . i have known someone can earn 1000visitor in first SEO week!!! so what is SEO and how to increase traffic .... i'm too sad
Here is a good advice from a hard experience, - Don't EVER pay for SEO !! i a year a go i hired an SEO expert and he was well known in a freelancing site and he was always getting 10/10 feedbacks and he had over than 90 positive feedback and i told my self that this guy is gonna be the real deal but he was a looser !!!! he kept asking me for 100$s of bucks than he told me i finiched my job and months goes by and no traffic ! there is a bunch of stuff in this forum and pther forums that you can learna nd practice , do your thing by your self and struggle till you make it .... SEO guys only wana make money exactly as you do
seo takes some patience and understanding about how the engines will pick up your site. Just keep reading he forums and then understand the terminology they are talking about and pick up some tips
no one can get above 1000 visitors in the very first week after starting seo your site .. it will take time n it will defiantly increase your visitors but if u are doing seo work in the very right direction ......

As you mentioned that you "done all the SEO". How sure that you done all of them? And how sure that you are doing it in correct way? and how good are you in SEO? Those answer can actually tell you the reason why other "SEO member" are getting better result
You can become SEO only if u have lot of patients and eagerness to learn new things every day during the whole professional career... so dnt be sad... just try and try..
SEO works wonders but you need to have patience..remember there are billions of pages indexed by Google...SEO will give you longterm results but PPC will give you short term results and requires a lot of learning on the way
