yahoo anwerd can increase website traffic?

it is really true that yahoo answers can help increase website traffic?

 

Yes, Yahoo Answers had been doing really well in Google's organic results for long tail search. Also YA! has a large base of users. It brings traffic.

yes,of course it can.But you can still use other ways to get more traffic.The more,the better.

 

yeah ofcourse. but you should be quick on giving answers and your answer should not look like a spam.

 

Alright, before concentrating fully on Yahoo Answers, remember that only one user asks the question. That means that, the question asker will read the answers and with a bit of luck after a few days/weeks more visitors asking the same thing that came via search engines.

I'm sure that it gives some extra traffic, but posting on popular forums where a lot of people read through topics seems a much better way to gain some free extra traffic plus better results in the Google SERPs.

Hopefully you haven't wasted too much time doing the answers yet. If you have some time left, answering questions on Yahoo might be a good deal, but otherwise spend your time on other stuff.

I have been experimenting with Yahoo Answers this last few days and have to admit apart from a few replies to my question i am not sure what extra exposure you do get,but i guess any extra visitors to your site has to be a bonus.

 

Yes!!! You'll get more visitors to your blog. But you should provide unique content to them. Then only they'll return again. Otherwise it is really useless...

It also depends on your niche.. if what youre providing is in very high demand, then people will flock to your site.

Ive had a lot of problems with yahoo deleting my accounts because of putting certain links in the resource box. You cant put a link to the product page or sales page. Your best bet is to link to your pre-sell page or your landing page.

 

it is easy to get BANNED from their ............. trust me not worth the time posting to it ... and traffic is not really that good ..... target Google better ... and book mark with Yahoo Buzz better ...... lol

 

Yahoo answer is best only for what it was created. To post and get answers. If you think that you can get a lot of traffic, I dont think you are doing the right think. You may like to experiment though. Posting and answering one question gets you only couple of traffic. Not worth the time.

 

The short answer is NO. You may get one or two hits a day. It's hardly worth your time.

everybody is talking about such services as a source of traffic today. And Yes it's true but it's pretty time consuming to answer all the questions so it might be not worth the efford
