    Hello All,

    I know there are some excellent talents here for this. So here we go:

    We need a logo for hosting and IT services company.

    Company Name : ALTWOOD IT SERVICES

    Tag line : Ultra Fast Gig-E Hosting & IT Consultancy

    Company activities : Advanced Hosting, Programming, Design, data backup service, Ecommerce

    I am pasting here our current logo, so that you can imagine the background this logo will be placed.

    We are looking for a conceptual logo alongwith text. We are not looking for any text based logo.

    Think of themes like hip, cool, slick, hosting, technical.

    The winner has to submit logo in 2 formats :
    1) For web purpose
    2) For printing purpose (Business Card, Letter Head)

    The winner has to provide all source files including all fonts used in the logo.

    Payment will be via Paypal and payment will be made only after delivery. There is no exception to this.

    I will post comments as far as possible.

    The contest ends on October 3rd 6 PM EDT.

    Just so you know who's interested. I'll be taking a go at it but I'm on the move so my entries will be quite sporadic. (When I say on the move i'm travelling europe atm :S )

    Yup.. i agree with you... the text color was so stick out.. nice.. but the design was so simple... not so good.. just my opinion on that...

    Nice ... would you mind placing it in same grey type of background because I am not sure how good the color combination will look.

    I agree with your opinion about the design :) .. its really simple ... also I am not looking for only text based logo. I mentioned it in my requirement , may be he just overlooked that :)

    That "AIS" thing is good. I am not so sure about color combination. may be a more metalic colors would give the concept more prominence.

    Just an idea for the designers, as i don't have time to enter this. Try to make the "Alt" key from a keyboard as the word ALT in the logo... Hope you know what i mean... Just a thought.
