Would Ads Even Work On My Blog?

I run YouthBusinessBlog.com, which markets to young people. However, I highly doubt that many young people would be interested in ads - the money is in the adult blogs. Do you think that I would see a profit in ads (be it adsense, affiliate ads, etc)?

 

Test, test, test .. and then test a bit!

Getting Adsense set up on your site takes 3-30 minutes - add it for a while and see what will happen.

At the same time, look into some affiliate products and see if you can find anything that would likely appeal to your readers and would pay decent commission at the same time.

Then test again.

Then compare the results and make a decision accordingly.

 

Thanks. I've heard that affiliate marketing is better for those starting out. Do you think a 40 Uniques/Day blog would work well with adsense though?

 

ads will work on any blog if placed correctly

 

40UV/day can generate some income but it wouldnt be much. Dont expect too much from adsense for the low traffic site

 

Low traffic website ,You need more content for you website !

 

Try generating more traffic to your site first thru backlinking, submitting articles, etc.

 

right just dont put p0rn or any illegal post

 

well why don't you try and find out? instead of asking people to spoon feed you?
