Need a designer to recreate a logo

I need this image: http://hotld.com/templates/DBS3V3-4/images/logo.gif on white background, don't have the psd (you'll have to rebuild it from scratch so there is no problem if the flames are not the same )

Yes, It's impossible (maybe not with some time distortion, heh...); this is a raster logo but it would still take a hour or more to recreate the flame effect. And this logo was most likely paid tens of times higher than $5...

this logo was made for free in 5 mins, but the only solution was on black background. now I want it on white but I don't have psd.

I've tried to do it myself but all the tutorials are on black background
