Buying Who Can Do (coded) Template Modifications To Let It Look Unique?

Hello,

I am in search of a designer who knows sources of a lot of
coded sites (templates, can also be his/her own
creation) and who then can change some
things on the website to let it look like new.

These things are e.g. logo, colors, images, header.
So, the overall structure of the site remains the same.

I want it that way in order to cut costs as I plan to
create a certain amount of sites like this.

So, if your skills are good then please post here your
portfolio and for how much you could do it.

Please also keep in mind that I can let design and code
a complete new site for about $45.

So, your offer must be in the range of $10-$20.

well you pay for what you get, if you want quality work you need to pay quality money

a person that isn't paid well in "most" cases wouldn't do a good of a job, as the person who is paid what he deserves.

 

as told dudes, I get complete new
designs (psd) that costs me about $30 and it looks pro-like!
then a lot of people do valid css/xhtml coding for
around $10-15$, equals around $45.

so, I think when I want nothing from scratch I can
expect something around $10-20$.

If it's not a blog template wordpress or joomla, i'll do it for $20.

 

its nothing complicated, it should be an info site only.
no cms needed!
