Hey everyone, Has anyone else had trouble with NBA? 5 month ago I asked my affiliate manager on NBA to confirm some updates that I did on my account including my paypal account. My affiliate manager got back to me and confirmed the changes. When I earned a small amount of $48.10 I was eligible for a payment and I was waiting for it but I did not got it. I contacted my AM and I told him about the issue, and after many attempts to contact him for about 1 month I got a reply when he said that the payment was sent to old paypal account.. BUT the old account was limited and closed before I did the changes so it's impossible that the payment has been sent to the old account.. After many attemps and emails I got the last answer that was you'll not get the payment, there was a problem but we can't do anything for you, just move on and forget about your $48.10 !!! That's it!! What do you think guys? What if it was 1k or more?! Thanks GOD that I was investing my money in other networks
To me these days it seems that big networks are getting too big for their own good and don't really care about the affiliates that make smaller amounts for them, they focus more on the big fish that make them big amounts each month that's why I believe sticking to small reliable networks is better . Good thing you didn't earn more with them you would be screwed
Yes they are a big network. But they should have paid you and then tell you to move on. Getting a rep about not paying affiliates (even small ones) over $50 is not what any Affiliate Network needs. Bad press will only haunt them in the future if this happens. They are not located in the USA so not much you can do to force them to pay. Try sending them another email requesting payment, It could be just a simple misunderstanding or your contacting the wrong person for this matter. If they ignore you, Tell them you will post the results of your dealings with their network on the webmaster forums. Bad press is not worth $50. Also ask them for a detailed reason why you are not being paid. Hope it works out for you.
Hi guys, I tried many times and my affiliate manager sent me many emails, I was reminding him about the payment for every 2 - 3 days and he was alwas getting back to me and saying that he is waiting for a reply from accounting service. But unfortunately the accounting service can't track the payment and say that the payment has been sent to the old paypal account and as I said before that's impossible because the old paypal account was deleted 1 month before I asked for modifications in my account and 2 months before I was eligible for payment. Well $48.10 is not serious $$$ but I still have the right to get my money! Do anyone here work from Never Blue Ads ??

Yeah, even if it's only $48.10, you still have the right to get it because you've worked for it. Goodluck. hope you can get the money.
no... they are neat! they wont create a problem with the money you have earned unless proven fraudulent... I suggest you should talk to your AM or NM again and get it sorted... NBA is clean and professional!
I've never had any problems with Neverblue and have made quite a bit of money using them but not in the beginning .. ive gotten checks as small as $30....
NeverBlue Always paid me ontime...never had any problem with them.. try calling your Network Manager or your affiliate manager you'll get a better response....for some reason you get a late reply when you contact them through email...so call them and explain the situation, ask for your payment....
NeverBlue is one of the Best network out here today .. there would have been issues with the Financial dept otherwise they are prompt on payments
Just keep messaging them and soon enough you'll get something outta them. I've been paid by them a few times and they definitely do not scam, they are a VERY big network though. Good luck getting paid!!
I have heard of them but I have to say watch yourself! Read the TOS and try to contact them again, if they did not answer just forget about it and move to another network..
NeverBlue always paid me on time like clockwork .. and do they pay for small amounts as $48 ?? I think you should earn at least $50 - $100 to be eligeble for payment.
