I had participated in an SEO Contest to rank among top 3 for the keywords oes tsetnoc in google.com, the contest started 10 days back and my blog was in top #1. Now from 2 days when I search with keywords "oes tsetnoc" my blog shows no where among all the searches . What could have happened to my blog listing, once it used to be in top slot now no where ? Has any one banned my blog from appearing in google.com with that keyword ?
No one can bann you from google(Only google can) If the contest you use is legal then submit reconsideration request to google.
True. If OP is talking about today's SERP then it is sure that there are many changes which i also noticed for my sites.
It sounds as though the other competitors in the contest are better than you Your site is still listed in Google, just not that page. Google bans whole sites, not just pages. It just thinks that page doesn't offer anything useful to their serachers.

It must be Google dance that your experiencing. You don't get stable rankings, if you want to stay on top then you have to continue building links.

What is your blog age? If it is new one, google put it on top for some few days. Tat is called as google honeymoon period. After that your blog will be thrown to original place. you need to work on your keywords.
