    Hello, Please help
    How to open an USA bank Account, For non-usa citizen?
    I heard about E*trade Bank. they still provide service for non-usa people?
    if, yes
    Please help me, how can I open e*trade bank account.

    Or if you're have any other good suggestions. Please advice.

    E-trade still exists but has severely limited it's acceptance of non USA residents. If you want a bank account in the USA we can assist you.

    Dear hahahoho... be just aware, offshore banking accounts. do not get your feet wet.

    there are higher fees, and fraudulent activities involve.

    u can not claim anything once committed. may be no charges for some accounts, but in the second year they charge. everytime you have to pay fees fees fees fees fees fees fees fees

    then what hahahoho!!
