Id say thats not true at all lol. Would you rather have $1 or $5? The way I see it, if you found that $5 you earned it! lol

If you give a man a fish he can eat for a day, but if you teach a man to fish he can eat for a lifetime

 

The man who said that is Azim Premji. Though it sounds like what you said just now its very different, here the most important thing is the experience you had and skills you improved upon when you earned that dollar.

I'd say that's stupid. If its found or earned, it's still money. But I think that's just a bad metaphore/similie.

Earning your money does feel much better ^^;;

 

If we are talking about millions, I'm sure I'd rather earn 1 million than win 5 million. It would be just more satisfying. But if it's just a case of a few dollars, I'd rather find more.

 

if that 5 million is a winning price for a lottery. i would go for it then the earned 1 million. hehe

I wannabe successful like them, but i will still have the 5 dollar

 

A flid is a word i used at school,it basicly means a idiot or in australia a spaz.

 

The point is that when you have earned $1 you then have the knowledge to earn more. $5 is just $5 if you can't make any more
